Working With Two Bridges

What does the process look like for new clients?

In Nova Scotia, business is all about relationships, and we know that. Two Bridges’ approach is very data-oriented and personalized for every client.

That’s why the best place to start is by scheduling a Free Brand Audit.

Once you register, we’ll send a follow up email with a link to our meeting scheduler and a questionnaire that will help us get started on the areas of digital marketing where small business owners and entrepreneurs tend need the most help: Brand Messaging and Storytelling, Website, Email Marketing, Social Media Presence, and Search Engine Optimization.

We’ll have our follow up conversation, where I’ll provide you with tips and tools for your next steps. If you feel confident that you can take those back and move forwards on your own, I’ll be super psyched for you!

If you feel like reaching your business’ revenue or marketing goals will require some support, though—give me a call, and I’ll be happy to help!

Two Bridges’ Approach to Solving Digital Marketing Problems

Once we start working together, you’ll see that digital marketing is a set of problems to solve, just like any other that you’ve been managing with your business this whole time!

Two Bridges’ approach is inspired by design thinking and iterative approaches to creative problem solving used widely in other industries, like the Agile Methodology, ADDIE and Plan-Do-Study-Act. Founder and Marketing Director, Ben Brezner, has applied this problem-solving approach to improve teaching outcomes, to design e-learning trainings, to support young people in growing their careers, and, now, to help Nova Scotia small business owners improve their digital marketing and spend more time doing what they love.

  1. Use previous data to outline our ideal goals and timeline

  2. Define digital marketing problems as questions, like, “What is the profile of the type of customer we want more of? And how do we reach them?”

  3. Make hypotheses about how we answer those questions

  4. Use cost-benefit analysis to choose a set of solutions

  5. Test our solutions

  6. Analyze our data and report out

  7. Repeat!
