Working With Two Bridges
What does the process look like for new clients?
In Nova Scotia, business is all about relationships, and we know that. Two Bridges’ approach is very data-oriented and personalized for every client.
Start by scheduling a 15 minute Free Client Consult.
Then, if you like what you hear, we’ll schedule your first Strategy Session. Once you schedule a Strategy Session, we’ll send out a questionnaire to give us a clear vision of who you are as a business owner, as well as what your needs are. We find that this questionnaire not only helps Two Bridges get to know you, but it helps our clients to really narrow in on who they are, who their customers are and how they want their business to grow.
As of August 2025, we’ll introduce you to Honeybook’s client portal. Honeybook is a tech tool that we use to manage projects and communicate with clients.
During our first Strategy Session, we’ll orient you to our process and ensure that we both have realistic expectations for what we can accomplish together.
From there, we’ll take that back for a think, and follow up with a proposal. The proposal will offer a couple different levels of commitment, and you can choose what you’re ready to invest in.
While our commitments with our long term clients end up being longer and wider in scope, our initial proposals tend to be for 3 month periods and will split that cost over 30 day invoice periods, since we know that cashflow can be a challenge for growing small businesses.
After that, we schedule in additional Strategy Sessions and get to work!
Two Bridges’ Approach to Solving Digital Marketing Problems
Two Bridges’ approach is inspired by design thinking and iterative approaches to creative problem solving used widely in other industries, like the Agile Methodology, ADDIE and Plan-Do-Study-Act. Founder and Marketing Director, Ben Brezner, has applied this problem-solving approach to improve teaching outcomes, to design e-learning trainings, to support young people in growing their careers, and, now, to help Nova Scotia small business owners improve their digital marketing and spend more time doing what they love.
Use previous data to outline our ideal goals and timeline
Define digital marketing problems as questions, like, “What is the profile of the type of customer we want more of? And how do we reach them?”
Make hypotheses about how we answer those questions
Use cost-benefit analysis to choose a set of solutions
Test our solutions
Analyze our data and report out
Repeat!
